Simple Website Redesign

Please read the details of this project completely before bidding. I am a web designer/developer myself so I understand the work/costs associated with this project. I am looking for someone who can complete this work with high quality and at a reasonable price. Successful completion of this project could definitely lead to future work. I am not doing this myself because I have so many other projects going on as it is. Project Details: I currently have two versions of a website. I am looking to pull some of the ideas from each to make a more professional website. I have all of the content ready to go. I just need the design so this shouldn't be a long project.
