Movie download website

I am a graphic designer who is looking to have a Movie based website created for an existing client I don't have time to complete the front-end myself. However I will assist where possible. Includes membership and pay per download functionality. Front-end must be well designed and appeals to broad market. See any similar sites for inspiration Netflix, iTunes, Apple Quicktime Trailers etc. Movies will be downloaded in a number of formats at different prices. As this is a sample site, once approved, the back-end must be implemented, secure, extremely efficient and "clean". iPad version will be needed very soon after.
