Fix Flash Display Glitch in Website

Note that if you scroll down, then back up, there's a graphical glitch where part of the page shows up right below the flash as a narrow line. You might have to try scrolling down and up a few times to get this to happen. We need to make this not happen anymore and I've tried setting wmode different ways and much fiddling with the css. Someone who's had the issue before and knows the quick fix would be ideal candidate.
