Logo, flash/template modification

Logo creation (easy - exact copy of a previous one) Flash modification PSD / HTML Template modification ## Deliverables LOGO I want the exact logo of [login to view URL] except with a different title (supplied after winning bid). This needs to be in a PSD format. PAGE I have purchased a template which can be seen on http://69.39.236.35. I need this modifying to be 760px wide, currently it is 980px. This means changing the flash header to have 2 colored boxes instead of 3 (keep all current functionality) Removing the Contacts tab to leave 4 tabs, moving them left if need be. Move the search box along left to fit the new 760px width. Make the Main Menu column more narrow (say 180px) Remove 'Budget & Taxes' preparation box I want a diagonal line effect on the black header background, as seen on: [login to view URL] FLASH WORK Remove the rollover effect (crazy text jumble) on the colored flash box and replace with the exact same effect seen on: [login to view URL] Which is just a gradual fade to a darker shade of the current color on mouse over. Remove the 'Read more' button off each box. That's it. I need a 48 hour turn-a-round on this, shouldn't take too long for someone who knows what they doing! PSD / HTML / FLA source files will be uploaded after accepting the winning bid. Deliverables back to me, updated PSD, updated FLA and HTML/images files ready to upload to web host.
