4000 facebook application votes needed

I need 4000 votes in a facebook application within 10 days. It is a competition where the winner couple will be who get the most votes. Any facebook account can vote only one time a day. IMPORTANT! I accept only those freelancers, who bid the final and total cost of this project. If I choose your bid as winner then I won't accept any claim that your bid concerned only 1000 votes and you want four times the value of the bid as total cost. In this case I immediately cancel your project and give negative feedback! For the winner of this project I will send the link and the photo on which the votes are required.
