Facebook Ads API in Classic ASP

We would like to programmatically post ads to Facebook using ASP (classic). If you are an ASP programmer, and you have familiarity with the Facebook ADs API or other Facebook APIs, this project is for you! The script will run under WSH, as a Scheduled Task. It should be able to post a static ad through the Facebook Ads API, w/ a specific audience (using the Audience API) and a specific budget. The script does not need to connect to a database or data source. We will modify the script, once received, to work w/ our platform, connect to our database and post the ads we need. This project must be done in Classic ASP. If we wanted to do this in PHP or Python, we could download the client library and have it done in 4 hours. We're intent on getting this done in ASP (classic).
