Experienced programmer in ArcObjects, C# .Net coding

Hello, I am looking for an experienced programmer in ArcObjects, specifically ArcGIS 9.2 and C# .Net to create a "Flash" button for an existing tool. Attached are screenshots of the tool working. The basic functionality of the tool (Isolation/Trace) is that when a user clicks on a water main, it traces and isolates the valves for that water main and displays all the features associated with that water main in a form called "Feature Details". Details of every specific feature highlighted from the trace results are displayed in the form. The feature data is from ArcSDE. All I want is to add a "Flash" button to be able to select each feature and it automatically flashes the feature on the map. It works just like an "Identify" tool. Attached is the code for the tool and the form. Code chnages are probably only needed in the "MultiLayerInfoForm". This is an urgent project and need to get done ASAP. Only if you are an experienced in ArcObjects, C# .Net programmer and a serious bidder, please respond. I can show a demo of the tool working. I will pay promply as soon as the project is completed. I can provide remote session for final testing of the code, debug and compile on my desktop. Thanks.
