I have an intuitive excel spreadsheet that I created and wrote all the formulas for. It is only one page. I need it converted into an iPad app. With this, you will have to design the app for ease of use and functionality. It requires certain inputs from the user to derive data, as well as three different drop-down boxes for selections. See the two excel files I attached (done in Excel for OSX). Blank - this is the blank one that the users will use to enter data. March - this is an example of what it should look like after a completed month. All the blue are the inputs, orange is output cells. Information needs to be stored so if they close the app, when they reopen it, the data is still there. Needs to be a button to clear the data with one click, "Are you sure you want to delete data?" as well.
