On the ground Warung Survey #2

Our business is a security and we currently need statistics for a upcoming report for the security. The security is based in Indonesia and what we essentially need is for someone to execute a survey for us. What we need: - Data needs to be from: Jakarta, Jawa Timur/Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat, Medan - We need a person to ask question to approximately 100 warungs in their designated residential area in Indonesia - After owner of warung is interviewed we need 1 selfie with the warung as proof and which region of indonesia e.g Selfie + Surabaya - The questions that we need to be answered is attached in the document below - Answers of the questions can be recorded on an excel sheet
