i am looking for a Production planning and tracking tool for injection moulding industry. Tool/package should handle family moulds ( 2 different items can be produced in same mould) , muticavity mould downtime, efficiency %, rejections,frequent changes in schedule due to changes in customer schedules,machine balancing should be considered while planning. Product has different components , must have shot size, shot time and various moulds to produce different items.
