Cordinates from a file to excel to surface area calculation with excel

I have a fml file that hase cordinates of an surface area in the code it self. I need excel to do a lookup and find the cordinates of a certain color surface area. once the cordinates are in excel i need to calculate the surface of the area in m2 .(surface areas that need to be calculated are not always square/rectangle surface)
here is a part of the code of a simple rectangle surface in a fml file (FML file in attachement)
