I would suggest updating the csv to include parts and prices etc and I can then create a script to create contract based on the data in the CSV. Do you send a physical copy of the contract for signing or electronically?

Hi, I'd like to develop the project you need. It would work in three steps, first you would import the csv file, second the missing data would be filled and an email message would be sent to the client. The email contains a link that the client should follow to view the prefilled pdf contract. If agreed, a screen will be shown for the client to capture her signature. Finally a new email is sent with the PDF filled with the signature included. All the contracts get stored and can be viewed on the provided administration system. A server connected to the internet with PHP and MySQL installed plus an email account should be provided for the system to be installed. Thank you.
