Google Analytics Set-up and reporting

PART 1: We are looking for a contractor to set-up Google Analytics for our flower shop clients websites, create a set of pre-determined goals and set-up reoccuring monthly reports with 9-12 datapoints. This is a one-time process when a new member joins. PART 2: Once per month, we need a report in excel plotting the data from each individual's GA report. These will be grouped into clusters of 8 shops who will be compare against one another (benchmarking). The reports need to be compiled and formated into graphs in excel and sent to us for presentation to the clients once per month. Each report contains 8 shops and with 9-12 datapoints each. We anticipate beginning with 2 groups of 8 (16 shops total) and growing to about 100 over the first year. We envision two rate structures: a flat rate per-shop for the set-up of GA, the goals and reports. The second rate will be ongoing -- a flat rate per shop or per each group of 8 shops per month to process the reports. We are open to other ways of pricing and or working an a per-hour fee until the job becomes routine. It is ok to bid on just the GA set-up and/or just the reporting portion of the job.
