---I am looking to develop some metrics/Key Performance Indicators through the protocol/layer 3 messages
---Ideal candidate should have good experience of wireless technologies specifically LTE/VoLTE and UMTS/WCDMA and must also be familiar with 3GPP specifications
---I have a list of metrics that needs to be developed,
For example:
---Metric 1- Calculate the success/failure rate of Signalling Radio Bearer (SRB) Setup for UMTS PS Calls through Layer 3
---Candidate should be able provide complete details of Layer 3 message and their IEs to be considered for calculation with 3GPP references..
List of other metrics will be shared once candidate is able to provide details for above example
