I need a Delphi Binomial Test routine such that given ( ntrials, nsuccesses, p) it returns the probability of getting >= nsuccesses. It should work for any values of ntrials and nsuccesses and p. It is especially important that high values of ntrials and nsuccesses can be used for any p value.
