your table stable but you must chick also.. 1- the connection between steel member ex. welding or bolts & connection strength. 2- the important thing you must check table wheels that Which will carry the load of table and you can find Real table wheels manufacturing like type & materials & connections.....etc

For stability (not statics) checks to be made for all loading scenarios for the side panels in shear , and the vertical supports in compresion. For that, depending on how you intend to use the product, please provide design loads and loading scenarios.

Work Method: I will calculate the weight and center of gravity of the table using a CAD software (CATIA) and the material data you have provided, measure the lever arm length to the pivoting point and calculate the maximum weight allowable before tipping over. If the minimum weight desired is not met, I can calculate the extra weight of the table needed or the position of wheels for better stability.
