I would like to design a mouthguard like device fabricated from either soft medical grade thermoplastic material (i.e., Santoprene) or Silicone. It must be in the range of 40/1000 of an inch thick. I have someone who can make the prototype if I can get the CAD which I currently do not possess. I have created a detailed description of my idea but do not know the technical limitations. I am willing to work with you on this to achieve my goal. The prototype labs requires that the CAD be created in Solidworks or ProE software. I also have a logo I would like on this piece and do possess the line drawing.
