Twitter Follower Bot

Want a Multithreaded twitter bot. It should take input of unverified/verfied Twitter usernames:password. Each account should be assigned a proxy ( public or private with username:password verification - IP : PORT : USERNAME : PASSWORD ). It should be able to login into twitter with given username:password and proxy. Should give an error if the account is not working or ip is not working. It should be able to follow the users specified in a given list. There should be an import feature which allows to import a file having twitter usernames against each of the account e.g. if i import 100 Twitter accounts - it should import 100 different files in a folder against each account and each account should follow the usernames in the imported file. In addition, it should be able to follow the followers of a specified twitter username. [login to view URL] - It should not use API
