There is an open-source code for audio processing.
There is a binary [url removed, login to view] that accepts some parameters.
I need C# method that will use the open-source code and which will imitate the [url removed, login to view] in some way.
The most important parameters are: tempo, pitch, rate, speech. Others are for bonus.
The most important feature is that the method should accept a WAV stream (not file) and return a WAV stream (Byte[]).
