Light Box Modification

I need this light box pop up modified so

1) The preloader should animate for 1 second before showing the pop up

2) The border and corner needs to be orange with rounded corners with drop shadow as illustrated by [url removed, login to view] in the attachment.

I know this is too thin, so its up to you to adjust the thickness so its possible to make it work.

3) I need to be able to modify the height/width of this pop up from the CSS
