Hello, I designed a whole PLC with all sort of clients. I cam build the board with accordance to modbus protocol and apply communication with any modbus master (or for that case any protocol that you choose) The PLC designed by me has rich peripheral that includes: all sort of discrete I/O's , ADC, DAC, 4-20mA , communication etc... i'm working with automations projects developing customs hardwares and softwares. 3 years directly in projects thats envolves Modbus RTU with wired RS-485 and wireless 900Mhz/2.4GHz communicating PLC with PC and devices. I would like to know the details of your need. Could you please provide more detailed requirements for your project? What baud rates are necessary? Does your device need isolation for power and I/O? Do you need only prototypes? Electronics circuit design PCB layout and assembly(PROTEUS). 12 days 3. PCB cover design(SOLIDWORK). 3 days 4. Check and review by employer. 7 days 4. Built prototype module(from 2.) 12 days 5. Test with Panasonic FP Sigma PLC controller. 5 days 6. Debugging and correction 10 days 7. Delivery to employer 1 days So that why I need 60 days for develop this project. Deep in detail of each part can be explain later.
