Hi there! I'm Pranav, from India. I just read through the project description and I seem to understand that you already have the schematic more or less complete, and not the PCB. You need some help in completing the schematic and laying out the PCB again + rerouting the traces. In my opinion, the PCB doesn't need to be any bigger than the ZigBee adapter, with careful component placing and routing. But if that isn't possible, I'll try my best to keep it as small as possible. You can see my reviews to understand that I specialize in miniaturizing PCB layouts, and designing PCBs for wearable electronics. Those things are pretty small, and generally cost < $10 on OSHPark for fabrication:) My bid amount consists of the following: * Reviewing the schematic, making any changes / additions to it as required. * Reviewing the PCB layout. Laying it out again to make it as small as possible. * Hand routing the traces to get the best of space / performance. RF circuits need special considerations. * Generating Gerber files for fabrication (although I'm sure you know how to do that, being an EAGLE user) * BoM (That too you'll be happier using EAGLE :) ). Since these are a part of my package, they will be delivered to you in a zipped file. Along with that, a long time of support (basically as long as I can remember the project). I will do you pcb (printed circuit board) layout from an existing circuit diagram that you will need to supply me.I will also supply you with 3D model of the PCB for you to use in the Enclosure design. You will be able to use the design and give it to a pcb manufacturer and have the boards made. This is for small boards only less than 100 components. If the boards are more complex I will have to charge you more. I could also do the Enclosure design for you and supply you with step file to have it manufactured but this will be additional work that needs to be quoted separtly
