NEPLAN power system analysis - medium voltage network model - Protection coordination

I am looking for a freelancer who can build NEPLAN medium voltage network model for me. The main focus of the network model will be on protection coordination.
We provide info on the network (substations, cable data, transformed data, etc) and Neplan 360 network license access and you need to model the network for Load Flow and Short circuits and help us with protection coordination.
Previous demonstrable experience with NEPLAN and Short circuit / Load flow studies with protection coordination is necessary.
The project will be hourly rate based, and you will besides modeling provide also consulting to us when and where needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of NEPLAN software and its functionalities
- Expertise in creating network models, specifically in the field of MV and HV networks, protection coordination
- Strong communication skills and Excellent knowledge of English
