Hi there, I had recently a delivered a motor controller project using ATiny85 microcontroller. Please have a look at my profile, https://www.freelancer.com/u/ExpertEngineerUK, where I have a picture and video of it. I can build and test it for you. It may be better to do a prototype before making a PCB, because I had lots of problems with the surge current at the start up, which would not be picked up by any simulation or theoretical calculations. Requirement is quite clear to me. Can be a simple PCB with input and output terminals of motor driver. Input and output terminal types can be discussed in detailed. I have around 12 years of experience in PCB design and can do this work pretty quickly after finalizing the requirements.
