Have designed similar hardware (HDMI to eDP, specifically) - see portfolio. The schematic and PCB will be created with Altium Designer. All symbols/footprints library for new parts will be delivered on design completion. You will need to provide information such as how many layers needed for design (2L or 4L) etc, which passives preferred to use (0402, 0603, etc), and any specifics not already covered by the project description. Please note this bid does NOT include manufacturing a prototype - that would be around $300 extra (2L) for sample PCB + metal stencil + prototype assembly of 2-3 units with parts either dropshipped or sourced locally. If there's no microcontroller involved, EDID eeprom must be provided, do you have a provision for flashing it?
