Docker-Selenium-Behat miss-configuration, need Docker expert for help

We have Selenium configured in our docker-compose
We have configured behat to use selenium
However, when we run the tests, we cannot access the local site via selenium

looks to me like a 1-2 hours issue to fix, should be docker configuration ...
whould be a remote connection (anydesk) to the developper desktop (Ubuntu). to fix/check "live".
Not a 1 or 2 days project.
