Pipedrive Management & Discord Automation Setup

I am in need of an experienced professional who can assist me with ensuring my Pipedrive account is set up effectively and Discord automation functionalities are implemented properly. Having a good knowledge of CRM and automation software is crucial for this role. We are a B2B startup seeking an experienced Pipedrive expert to set up and optimize our CRM to support our unique sales processes and product lifecycle. Our products have a lifespan of 6 months to 1 year, requiring renewal upon expiry. We need a comprehensive Pipedrive setup that includes customized pipelines for tracking various types of leads, sales patterns, product categories, and subtypes, as well as integration with external tools for enhanced workflow automation through either [login to view URL] or n8n. Project Objectives: Pipeline Customization: Create multiple pipelines to accurately represent our sales processes, including differentiation between New Sales and Renewals, as well as Inbound and Outbound leads. Product Categorization: Set up distinct categories within Pipedrive for our product offerings, including 'XX for Business EAP', 'Workshop', and 'Special Consult Project', with further subdivision into subtypes (e.g., Unlimited, Bundle, Pay-Per-Use for Ooca for Business EAP). Automation and Integration: Configure Pipedrive to automatically add leads from various sources directly into the CRM. Integrate Pipedrive with Discord to send reminders and notifications for various triggers (e.g., cases becoming rotten, wins, losses, or missing salesperson activities). Implement a system for generating daily reports on activities completed and planning for the next day, with the option to receive these reports through Discord. Renewal Tracking and Notification: Implement a mechanism within Pipedrive to track product expiry dates and automate renewal notifications to both our team and our clients. Key tasks include: - Set up and optimize Pipedrive to track calls, emails, meetings, expiration dates, follow-up schedules, and meeting schedules, ensuring all data is well-organized and easy to access/interpret. - Implement automation features on Discord to streamline our communications. This includes setting up scheduled messages and announcements, activity tracking, lead tracking, and expiration notifications. The ideal candidate should demonstrate prior experience in Pipedrive and Discord setup and management. Owning the ability to suggest improvements or enhancements based on best practices would be highly beneficial.
