Backround Our program runs in many outlets, in remote locations. The database we are using is Advantage Database Server. We made an early decision that many of the constrains of the database would be handled at the application level and not the database level – this gives us some flexibility. However as the times goes on and new code is being built, We find some flaws sometimes in the database or and code. Over the years we have generated many SQL scripts to detect for defects in the database and also to fix many issue. We would now like to design a nice program writen in Delphi that would contain all the scrips and a way for end users to run them a. User Could select ALL test or a Subset of Test or all tests of a category b. Results are shown as a Count of rows that fail c. User can then drill down to see details d. User has the option to select to fix e.
