I need to build desktop application for MySQL Database and client for file sharing

Requirements: All the following work should be done by the 25th of December 2023 at 23:59 CET (Central European Time) to be considered complete: The “client” is the front-end desktop application. Have a remote database that multiple desktop clients can access remotely and: - See the documents and related information on the database (from the client) - Delete documents of the database (from the client) - Add local documents to the database (from the client) The database/client should be able to do the above for the following file types: - .xlsx - .xls - .doc - .docx - .pdf - .ppt - .pptx Multiple clients (up to 5 at a time) should be able to add files and remove them from the database asynchronously. Example: 3 people are trying to add a file to the database at around the same time, the database should be fine with handling that asynchronously. The database content should be similarly displayed in the client to image 1 below. You are free to change the outlook but it needs to have: - Rows of entries from the database showing the file name, the Client that pushed it, and the time of addition to the database. - All clients share the same database and thus the same information. You should be able to do a simple search for a file name. - The client side needs to work on Windows 11. No other operating systems are required. You are free to choose your preferred TechStack (technologies you wish to use for this) but it should be reliable, and the database should be private which only the clients should be able to access. [login to view URL] This is the website if you want some more info: [login to view URL] It is quite large but most of it is the frontend, the important part is to be able to put the database on a remote server so multiple clients can get the information from it there are 2 things I forgot to mention in the requirements. 1. need to be able to download the file from the database if you click on an entry. 2. There should be a counter if you upload a file with the same name to show how many times it has been uploaded before. That is all of it. the most important are the file-sharing ability and the simple presentation of the entries in rows. also, the amount of data in the database should be able to handle up to 50GB just so you know. But unlikely to need that amount thanks.
