Tableau Viz for store price screening

The subject of this project is a simple Tableau Viz based on a MySQL database. There is a daily dump of the products and the prices in our online store from selected categories only. This Viz should present current prices in the category/sub-category / sub-sub category shown by the brand. Every category is described in the database by its unique number and the number of the parent category (does not apply to the top-level categories, where no parent exists). For some categories (when relevant), there should be an additional menu option available (price per bottle or price per 100 ml). The volume in ml is presented in the database in a separate field, so only a basic calculation is required. Tooltip for a given product should include some descriptive data retrieved from the database, promotion status (yes/no), and the chart showing historical price. The Viz should also list current promotions in the selected category, based on the existing promo flag in the database. Other creative ideas welcome.
