Linear Prediction (LP) is a very powerful tool for estimating the parameters of speech

models. The time-varying system is excited by random noise when no speech is present, or by periodic pulses when somebody is speaking. If the filter coefficients of the linear system can

be obtained, then the speech segment can be e®effectively modeled. Design the model do analysis writ a good report calculate and extract all PLC coefficients ((Spectral Flatness [Mean Variance Skewness Kurtosis])) and so on.....
