GE Centricity Image Extract

We are an Healthcare IT company and we have a customer that is using GE Centricity Physician Office Practice Management 2004 and they need access to the images from that system. The images are stored in a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 DB. The images are compressed and encrypted. We have access to the database in which the images are stored, we are now looking for someone who has experience working with GE Centricity DBs and is able to provide us with the extracted images in a readable format.
