Simple Excel

Looking for excel professional that can create a simple way to search a column for phrase. Although the phrase just has to appear in any order within the cell. So for example, we want to do a search for dog cat, so a cell with: dog cat cat and dog horse dog and cat and hat The above would all be identified. So when we do the search, we just want it to show the cells that match or any other fashion to identify this. Need done ASAP (TODAY)! Will pay $30 for it.
