Need Full Zip Code List including Population

Hello, I need a full zip code list in XLS and CSV formats. The zip code list must contain the following: All US Zip Codes All Corresponding City Names State Name State Abbreviation Population Mixed City County Name Mixed County Latitude Longitude This list must contain the latest data. The A column must have the zip codes. The B column must have the corresponding city names with the first letter of each city capitalized. If the city has 2 words make sure to capitalize each word. For example - Los Angeles The C column must have the full state name. Make sure you capitalize the first letter of each state. For a 2 word state like New York - make each first letter capitalized. For example - California The D column must have the state abbreviation all CAPS. The E column must have the population ( for every zip code ) The F column must have the mixed city with the first letter of the city name capitalized. If the city has 2 words make sure to capitalize each word. For example - Los Angeles The G column must have the county with the first letter of the county name capitalized. Do not put the word "county" in the cell. Put only the name of the county itself. If the county has 2 words make sure to capitalize each word. For example - Los Angeles The H column must have the mixed county with the first letter of the county name capitalized. Do not put the word "county" in the cell. Put only the name of the county itself. If the county has 2 words make sure to capitalize each word. For example - Los Angeles The I column must have the latitude is this format: 40.8154 The J column must have the longitude is this format: -73.0456 The entire list needs to be sorted in A-Z format of the State name then the city A-Z of the city name.
