Excell Expert Needed [Build Data File]

I need a keyword file made that has every city in the state of CA I also need it to have every zip code in the state as well. I would like the data made in a .csv file and delivered to me in a .txt file If you do a good job I will give you this job for all 50 states. The winning bidder will be given the rest of he data file that needs to be updated. This is not a job that can be done one line at a time as CA has over 6100 zip codes. This job is for someone who knows how to use Excel and can do this fast. When the CA file is done it will have over 15,000 rows. This is format the data must be given to me in.
