My company currently uses Excel to generate individual health reports. We are seeking a person with extensive experience with Excel to modify this workbook to update its contents, modify its appearance and modify the generated report.
In brief, there is a single workbook for each patient assessed. Each time the patient is assessed, the new data is entered and this is then compared graphically with past assessments for that patient. The workbook contains the following pages/worksheets:-
1. 2 pages of data entry (demographics, health findings and measurements)
2. 1 page showing outcome of cardiac risk
3. 1 page summary of results
4. 1 page of multiple graphs showing specific results for each assessment
5. 1 page to create a letter
6. 1 page follow up plans for the patient
7. 2 pages of results summarised comparing current the last assessment
8. Another fitness page
9. Page of normative values for estimate of where the person fits at their age/sex
10. Summary of all results for each assessment in a spreadsheet
11. Stress graph
12. Audio graph
13. PCW170 data
14. VO max data
15. Sum of 6 data
16. Controls page
The changes required:-
• Change the colour scheme
• Update the entry data – some data is no longer of use and needs to be replaced with updated items
• Update the normative values
• Change the cardiac risk estimation data to a different set of values based on the Framingham data
• For the trends graph, modify the graph to display shade areas for the normal data and orange and then red areas for abnormal data, some of this will rely on data from tables relating to changing age
• Change the letter page to a written summary of advice page
• Remove the PCW170 data page and sum of 6 page
• Update the controls page

Such jobs are my daily practice. I plan to complete the project via writing Excel macros contained in a separate XLSM file. This approach makes further use of the macro very convenient by offering a Control sheet containing cells populated by the usual Open file and/or select folder dialogs to identify the current input and output files and hosting command buttons and other controls if necessary, reformatting all patients' spreadsheets with a single click. In my approach you'll have opportunity to consult details with me, to test pilot solutions if necessary in order to achieve an optimal final solution. Further use of macros, fixing of bugs and minor changes are included in the bid without any additional fees. Regards!
