I would like to hire a Virtual Assistant --V2

Our company is looking for someone to work with on a long-term basis who has high spirits, a great attitude who is also resourceful, sharp, resilient, can complete tasks and is good at problem solving. We are a fast-growing company and need someone who can see the big picture we are working toward. All of our clients are billion-dollar corporations that allocate very large marketing budgets that are allocated to us. We are looking for someone who (once they are fully trained on all aspects on the company) will be able to serve as a good representative as they complete such tasks as making phone calls, sending emails, placing on-line ads as well as other administrative work while keeping in mind that he/she is always representing our company by their words, actions and follow through. The ideal candidate would be a "thinker" who can handle most issues as they arise, focused, drama-free and able to take a problem and find a solution unassisted when fully trained. He/she should be able to follow through on tasks and be proactive, not reactive. This person should be willing to learn and grow with the company and work for what the company needs and is good at execution and problem solving. Other preferred skills include the following: - The ability to be flexible and adaptable; - Be able to handle requests for information and data; - Capable of resolving administrative problems and inquiries; - A keen attention to detail; - A firm grasp on how to prioritize, plan and organize; - Good communication skills (both written and verbal); - Confidence preparing and modifying documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. The person we hire should not get frustrated or overwhelmed by repetitive, daily tasks and should be someone who loves to help and can win on the job!
