We are looking for someone to manage the rent collection of our real estate portfolio. We manage about 150 residential units. You will be responsible for tracking paid and unpaid rent. You will send text messages and make phone calls on a daily basis to people who are late on their rent. You will be responsible for creating notices and sending them to be printed and posted at the property based upon specific criteria. You should also have basic knowledge of computers and I.T. skills. We use [login to view URL], Appfolio, and Google Suite as our main software management tools. You should have a strong work ethic and a passion to learn and succeed at work and in life.
