Para agencia de marketing, requerimos asistente administrativo freelance, dedicandole unas 10 hs semanales aprox (conversable). Preferentemente de Argentina (operamos con Argentina, entre otros paises de LATAM) y conocimientos de mercado USA y UE Graduado o estudiante avanzado de Admin Tareas a desarrollar: - Facturación Al Inicio de mes, clientes recurrentes Durante el mes, a nuevos clientes Seguimiento y gestión de Cobros Documentación de facturas e impuestos - Pagos: Nóminas/facturas equipo Proveedores Impuestos - Análisis: Registro de facturas e impuestos en Drive y plataforma Holded Revisión de informe y status quincenal Detección de oportunidades De momento tenemos bajo volumen (10 clientes aprox) por lo que buscamos ordenarnos para crecer y se puede ampliar la contratación.
