Read text books and Type in Word (2002773)

I need someone with very good, clear English speaking skills to read educational booklets and type it into word format. You must have excellent reading skills, and speaking skills, to speak clear and fluently in English, at a good speed. I dont want to hear slow speaking. It must sound smooth and clear. There is a lot of pages to read, but for the right person, this should only be easy only a few hours per booklet. There are lots of booklets, so I have plenty of work. They are educational material based on Accounting and Finance, you do not really need to understand about it but you must read it and record it 100% accurately. Your recording will be later checked by somebody else.
