Data Entry - Look at series of emails and fill out spread sheet. Then Retrieve files based of spreadsheet and upload files onto a site

We would like to get someone to setup about a 40 new users A user consists of a few details: First and Last Name Date of Birth Weight Height Location Position (Sometimes) Guardian Name (if under 18) Guardian Email (if under 18) International Eligibility (sometimes) Player manager name (If under management) Player manager Email (If under management) Contract End Date (if on contract) Videos (stored as URLS but we need them actually uploaded) First step: I want you to read through emails people have sent us and enter all these details in a spread sheet so we can see how many of them are missing mandatory details. You will then need to take the people who have all the mandatory details not missing and create a user on [login to view URL] with those details. As part of this the user will have a link to their video. You will need to download this video (some of them will be youtube videos). Then Upload them. Videos should be 5 minutes or less if they are longer please don't upload the video but instead mark the spread sheet with this information.
