Data Entry into Excel Spreadsheet

Hello! I have a membership directory of 2500 people. There are 50 scanned pages. I require each membership profile to be keyed into an excel spreadsheet. The columns to be keyed in are name, company, address, phone, and email address. I need this completed in 2 days, as this is an urgent project. You must be able to look at a scanned file (jpeg) in a program like Microsoft Picture Manager. Do not bid if you cannot have this completed in 2 days! No exceptions!!!!
