My experience also includes approximately four (4) years of service as a Team Manager on the Woodforest National Bank Account with ACS E-Services, a customer service outsourcing company which caters to fortune 500 companies. In this capacity my duties entailed shift management, preparing violation documentations, staff motivation and acting as a liaison between management and the (30) agents under my supervision. I have also served as a Sales Promotion Agent and Customer Service Representative for various other organizations. Through this experience I have developed an ethic of exceeding customers’ expectations and delivering prompt and efficient service.
