55885 unzip multiple zip files

This project is pretty straightforward. I have 2,347 zip files that need to be unzipped into one folder. I would run them all at once but the problem is that within these files, many have text files such as "[login to view URL]" that I need to save and not overwrite like an automatic program would. For all zip files with a file name that is already in the folder, I need the person to rename the file to the name of the zip file before they put it in the folder. So, for example Zip File: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] read-me would have to be put in the folder as [login to view URL] if there was already a file called "[login to view URL]" in the folder. The only way that this can be done successfully (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong) is by unzipping the files manually. I look forward to seeing your bids. Thanks, Steve Meyer
