Search for client name in master text document, pull labelled text and insert into chrome web form

I am looking for someone to help with an ongoing project of mine. I have a text file containing a large amount of text, there is a block of text for each patient , with the patient's name at the beginning of each section. The source for the web form to be filled uses libraries and I can't see the field names in the source. see attched 1) somewhere in this document is a certain client name needs to be found. 2) Once the client name is located, there will be labelled blocks of text in a certain format: fieldlabel1, CRLF, F1Data, CRLF Fieldlabel2, CRLF , F2Data, CRLF something like fthat for abnout 8 fields complaint, diagnosis, plan etc are the text fields that need to be filled on the web form I am open to suggestions from the freelancer on the best way to pull the labelled text from the text file. The data I am searching for is a name, so the labelled text will likely contain a combination of letters and possibly spaces.
