Mobile WebAngular JS and Ionic Framework coder to finish PhoneGap project

There are 73 photoshop files that needed to be coded into html/css etc for a PhoneGap project. 38 of them are done but will some slight fixing. To complete this project, you will need to a) code NON RESPONSIVE html so that the files exactly resemble my Photoshop Files b) use the html & css files from a previous project coded using Angular JS & the Ionic Framework Your files will be uploaded to Adobe to be used to build a PhoneGap project. SKILLS REQUIRED i) Convert Photoshop files to html5 and css3. ii) Fix errors in html5 and css3. iii) Previous experience coding PhoneGap projects iv) Highly skilled at coding with Angular JS & PhoneGap v) Understands thoroughly how to work with the Ionic Framework vi) Willing to use Trello - the project management website PROJECT DETAILS I need a freelancer to … a) fix some coded html/css files from a previous freelancer so the look of the screens matches the photoshop file b) finish coding the other 30 pages using photoshop files I have provided (there is existing css & html code to assist you) c) compress all files into a single zip & upload to Trello (a project management website) d) Use Trello (a project management website) to: i) list any updates you have completed on the website ii) check for any requests to change your code e) Download the PhoneGap apk file that I will upload from your zip file to test on your phone (Do NOT use a simulator to test the look of your code as simulators are unreliable) WHAT I WILL PROVIDE i) Prompt release of milestone(s) on satisfactory completion of the project ii) Answers on the project management site - Trello within 24 hours to any questions you send me using Trello iii) Quality photoshop graphics/files to assist you in producing the css/html (download link will be given to the winning bidder on request) iv) Detailed information and answers to your questions to help you complete your project to specifications v) 38 existing HTML files along with a CSS File ([login to view URL]) vi) IPA and APK files built from the previous PhoneGap project vii) Sitemaps for all 4 user types (myclubkey admin, admin, staff, patrons) EXPECTATIONS OF WHAT YOU WILL GIVE TO ME i) All web pages produced must match the look of the Photoshop files I provided for each page exactly. ii) After your web pages are turned into a PhoneGap project - we will use it to produce IPA and APK files - All IPA/APK files must work without crashing, excessively CPU usage or functioning incorrectly Good luck and thank you for taking your time to bid.
