PSD to BootStrap HTML5

I have page PSD that I need converted into html5/boostrap. If you can do this 1 page, I'll have you do all other 11 pages for me. Must be valid, bootstrap, html5, css. Menus must be in includes folder, things must be organized, and TABLESS!!!, Everything must be easy to add onto as well. Once you and I finish this full project, I will give it to a mysql team, so it must be easy to update things!! I wnat it to have simple animation, so you may need to add a few more things on the activity list.. please note that when this is coded and hooked up the user will have 25 things listed there and over 10 tasks, so animation will either be not working cause its to small, or it will work cause you have to scroll... but we want it enabled just in case. THE WINNER OF THIS WILL GET THE PRIVILEGE OF HELPING US WITH ALL THE OTHER PAGES.
