how to Open C++ Project using OpenCV from an Executable file

I have created a project using (c++ and openCV) it open the camera and take a photo then compare it with another photo I have saved, the program works fine but I run it only from Visual studio I want to run it from an executable File, I try but the camera does not open, you can come inside my laptop and help me to solve this problem can anyone help me to solve this problem
