Writer for Book - Sports - NFL - Business

I am seeking an experienced English-speaking writer to produce an 80 - 100 page (approximately) eBook on an idea I have. I have the table of contents already laid out, but none of the content written. *** The content of this book must be completely unique. I will check it with Copyscape to verify*** It will be very helpful if the writer is familiar with the NFL or football as this is part of the concept of the book. I don't want to give away too many details because I think this idea is fairly unique. I will be available at all times during the project to help with questions and or provide examples that I want included in the book. Just so I know you have read and understand this project, please mention “NFL writing” in your reply. I have no idea how long something like this will take to write so please include an estimated delivery per chapter. I will happily release escrow as a percentage after each chapter is complete. So if there are 10 chapters. Once a chapter is complete, I will release 10 % of the escrow. Edits / Revisions - I've never done this before, so please provide some guidelines on how you would like to handle this. Finally… You will complete this project as a ghostwriter meaning you will not be mentioned anywhere in this book. I will own 100% of the content and book. Perfect writing is preferred but content, creativity, flow, layout, etc is the most important part of this project. Before I award this bid, I would like to see a few samples of your work. Please send me at least 2 previous writing samples. I've had this idea for a while, but I'd like to finally get moving on it.
