Press Releases and Publicity

I have another project listed but not getting the type of person I was in hopes for to respond back that can do SEOing and PR work both. We are in need of a PR Person - well spoken, has MANY MANY MANY outlets of where to send Press Releases and knows how to write them well. We have 1 unique website that is already going to be VERY powerful and popular as well - it is a one of a kind website on the net today - hardly no comps. We have another planned for first of the year the same way - no comps. We do have a 3rd that has comps but really hasn't got the concepts will have that will be put in place with in this mortgage system. We already know we are going to succeed with all of them before hand. The major one that is our baby at the moment as been met with excitement from numerous Golf Resorts and Golfing Names of which I will reserve for the moment. We need someone that can work with us on the money issues as well - hate to say - we are on a shoe string budget and just not able to pay currently - but we have just also opened the Golf Related site (mega site after 7 months of building) and we already know (facts) that it is going to succeed very nicely. We are looking more into this as a time investor position - or partnership if you will. Someone that will learn us, become part of us, work with us, take the reins and run with it - as we increase it will be good for us all - including you. We are looking for a long term stay on this project and others to come. We work above board, ethical, moral - we have no and nor will we scam anyone, we have references of whom is on board with us now and I am sure they would be happy to share with you what they know about us and how we have taken care of them up till now. We also try to provide the best to work with, meaning if you need it, we build it for you to help you help us, which would be helping you as well. We will not need it full time but just as you see fit it is needed. We could just go to PR Web, but we really prefer to have someone on board that knows us better and can speak that and put into words more of our heart and concepts in Press Releases. We are in need of only 1 person that is dynamic at this. Let me state again - they need to have ALOT of major connections in the media - as I am sure a good PR Person would have.
